Description
Shure 520 DX Harmonica Microphone.
Shure 520 D harmonica microphone's classic blues harp sound is legendary among harmonica players. The 520D harmonica microphone tradition is continued & improved with Shure's 520DX "Green Bullet" harmonica microphones.
Shure's 520DX "Green Bullet" harmonica microphone, with contoured size and shape that fits perfectly between harmonica and hands makes it perfect for live harp playing and recording. The harmonica and microphone work together, capturing every emotion of your harmonica playing. All this with the exceptional microphone quality that performers expect from Shure microphones.
The rotary mic volume control allows the harmonica player to easily adjust the volume to the dynamics of the harp. As you hold the harmonica and mic in your hands, the mic volume control is easily adjusted by keeping a finger resting on it. Let your harmonica playing emotion and dynamics flow and your audience will hear every harmonica note perfectly.
The Shure 520 DX Green Bullet is wired to a 6.3mm (1/4") jack for use with a high impedance guitar amplifier input. This is the most popular configuration with harmonica players using a guitar amp on-stage and produces the classic blues harp sound. The 520DX can also be plugged into a low-impedance input on a PA mixer and may require an impedance matching transformer.
