Shure PG57 instrument microphone.

Shure microphones for amplified or acoustic instruments. This Shure microphone is for instruments including percussion (bongos, congas, tablas), acoustic guitar, piano, drums or to mic up an electric guitar amplifier or bass guitar amplifier.

The Shure PG57 microphone for instruments can also be used for vocals if required.

The Shure PG57 microphone features:

Tailored frequency response is smooth and extended. Tuned specifically for instrument applications.
Cardioid polar pattern picks up the most sound from in front of the microphone and some sound from the sides. Less susceptible to feedback in high volume settings.
Dynamic cartridge has a simple, rugged coil. Handles extreme volume levels without distortion.
Cartridge includes a neodymium magnet for high output level.
Internal shock mount for reduced handling noise.
Durable metal construction.
On/off switch for onstage control.
Hardened steel mesh tapered grille that resists wear and abuse.
Mic clip and storage bag.
4.5m (15ft) XLR to XLR cable included (XLR to 6.3mm (1/4") cable optional extra)
