Drum Heads

Drum heads or drum skins are available as single drum heads to fit most bass kick drums, tom toms and snare drums, both batter side and resonant underside. Drum heads are divided into batter drum heads and resonant drum heads. Batter drum heads are the drumheads that you hit with the drum stick. Resonant drum heads are the drumheads that are on the underside of the drum.

The drum heads are also available as matched drum head sets for most drum kit sizes, including rock kits, fusion kits and jazz kits. When ordering drum heads, please ensure you order the correct size drum head. The drumhead size is measured from the inside diameter of the drum hoop (usually made of chrome metal). Drumhead sizes are recorded in inches. (1" inch = 25.4mm)
