Repairs and Service Standard Rates

  • Standard repair charge per hour: £40.00 inc VAT plus spare parts if required
  • Standard repair time: Approx. 14 working days (depending on fault type and parts availability)

     If required we can book a courier to collect your faulty item and then return it to you - £15.00 inc VAT per single carton up to max 30kg (includes collect and return).
