DELIVERY

Delivery to United Kingdom ONLY (excluding Channel islands)

With over 20,000 different items available online, the Stagebeat stock ships from our three main warehouse locations in the UK, and where possible we may ship directly from the supplier to speed up the service. Sometimes your order may ship from more than one warehouse and be delivered by more than one courier company.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

• Items displaying "In Stock" at the time of ordering:
  If ordered before 12:00hrs will be shipped same working day (Mon-Fri) on a next working day delivery service
  If ordered after 12:00hrs will be shipped next working day (Mon-Fri) on a next working day delivery service
• Items displaying "Ships In 3-4 Days" at the time of ordering:
  Item due at our bulk warehouse soon and will ship to you within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) on a next working day delivery service
  Item may ship directly from the supplier within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) on a next working day delivery service
• Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed.
• Orders with multiple items will be shipped when ALL items are in stock.
• If an item is out of stock you will be contacted within three working days and asked if you wish to cancel for a full refund, or wait until the stock arrives or choose an alternative product.

HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?

• Multiple items are combined under a single delivery charge.
• UK mainland delivery charge is displayed on item detail page. Once item is added to your basket you can select a different country or region and the delivery charge will be automatically re-calculated.
• Delivery time cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8am and 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• For urgent, timed or Saturday deliveries, contact Stagebeat to confirm cost and service availability to your postcode before placing your order click here

• Stagebeat uses national couriers and Royal Mail. They are subject to the same delays and congestion on the roads as we all experience from time to time. Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

  ZONE 1: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.

• We deliver to the United Kingdom mainland addresses only

DELIVERY DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS:

• Most orders are shipped by courier and are insured by Stagebeat against loss or damage until signed for by you. It is your responsibility to inspect the carton/s for external damage before you sign for delivery. If the outer box is badly damaged, please make a note of this on the delivery note, and refuse to accept delivery.
• After signing for the carton/s, please open them as soon as possible and check the contents. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in writing CLICK HERE (Also view our Returns Policy). Delivery companies will NOT accept queries, nor claims for loss unless the item is reported missing or damaged within 24hrs.
• PLEASE NOTE: Orders are delivered to the address that you enter online during the checkout process. In accordance with standard mail and courier company policies, the delivery is to the address and not a specific person. This means that the goods will be handed over to a person accepting them at the given address. Royal Mail and courier companies will NOT attempt to validate the identity of the person.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

• Stagebeat Limited operates in strict compliance with UK anti-fraud and card protection legislation and guidelines. When paying by credit or debit card, we will only deliver to an address already registered with your card issuer, usually the card statement address
• All transaction information you enter is sent via our secure server to your own card issuer for authorisation and authentication. If the details do not match EXACTLY, they advise us to cancel the order
• To have your order delivered to an alternate address, some card issuers allow you to register a second address which can be used for delivery. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase, made by you using our online order system, telephone, email, company purchase order, fax transmission, quotation or any other method. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Stagebeat will only take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you. Until your order has been despatched, we reserve the right to reject your offer to purchase and cancel your order. Non-acceptance of an offer to purchase may be for, but is not limited to, one or more of the following reasons:

• Our inability to obtain satisfactory authorisation for your payment
• Our inability to verify your address details
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• The identification of a pricing or product description error including online, email, printed, quotation or verbal
• This does not affect your statutory rights

Stagebeat will never sell, nor divulge your email address, or personal information to ANY third party, except specifically to our warehousing and delivery agents, working on our behalf to complete delivery.

By submitting personal data manually or in electronic form to this web site, or by using this site, you give your consent that all personal data you submit may be processed in the manner and for the purposes described below.

When you add items to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout, we capture the personal information you supply. This is required to record and verify your name, address and card details, without which we would not be able to process your card payment, nor deliver the goods to you. This information is never sold to any third party, and the card details are processed, stored and protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems, plus industry standard full 128-bit SSL encryption. The secure card payment gateway is by Sage Pay plus we have a secure certificate from Equifax.

When you browse this web site, we capture and store non-personal information that helps us improve our web site based on the browsing trends and operating systems of our visitors. This information is never sold to any third party and will not personally identify you. It relates to:

• The Internet domain (e.g. www.company.co.uk) and IP address from which you access this web site
