PA Speakers Powered

Powered PA speakers, or active PA speakers, have a power amplifier built in. The speaker requires mains electrical power. Sound from a PA mixer or audio source is connected to the powered active PA speaker and the internal amplifier sends the amplified sound to the speaker.
